When you register for classes, we collect contact information such as next of kin names, addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, e-mail address and personal information such as your names, birthday, medical conditions, and your comments. This information is needed to manage our business and will not be used or sold for any other purpose, except as described below. Bodycarewecare personnel have access to your personal information only to manage the business.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit/debit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an request only to complete that request. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that request. 
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
