Karen Macaulay

Pilates, Movement and Well being Specialist

Karen has a wealth of knowledge of health, mental and physical well-being, fitness, the great outdoors and food. She has designed her classes using pilates and bodycarewecare developmental movement principles. She teaches in a manner that not only strengthens, tones and rebalances the whole of your body; you will get to challenge yourself and feel great. Working with a maximum of twelve people in a class, her classes are open to people from the age of 18 to 85. She encourages you to harness your own natural energy; strengthen and enhance your mental and physical well-being ensuring you stay fit for life whatever your age and ability.

Movement Restoration Specialist

A specialist in developmental movement training individually or as a group and with those returning from injury/illness, Richard assesses health and strengthens the body using natural movement patterns. He is a pioneer in his field and will allow you to unlock your true potential. He works successfully with all age groups adapting his programmes to their needs and wants. Richard also designs and implements sports specific programmes, as well as nutritional programmes based on a client requirements.
