With 1 in 3 of females and 1 in 10 males suffer with our pelvic floor issues.  This is a class which runs over a six week block which teaches you the basic anatomy of your pelvic floor – how to correctly use it and exercises you can do safely at home to strengthen it.  This class can change your life for the long term.
